Join me at Knox Road for an unforgettable evening of yoga among the vines! Whether you’re 8 or 80, bendy or barely making it off the couch — everyone’s welcome.
We’ll stretch, breathe, and maybe wobble a little as the sun sets over the vineyard. No experience needed, just a sense of humor and a willingness to try.
